S1: Ep 4 The ill fated journey of Igor Dyatlov's hiking crew

<p>In January 1959 9 Russian hikers set out into the Ural mountains with the view to achieving accreditation for become hiking guides. When they did not return as expected a search party went into the mountains to look for them. What they found was both disturbing and baffling, with no clear evidence as to what happened. It appeared that they had run from something, leaving the warmth and safety of their tent and had thus perished in the cold.
