Private Parts, Vagina or Hoo-Ha?!

I never used to really talk about my “private parts”. I was raised in a nice, respectful, Catholic family and was taught that that part was to not be spoken about. And when I DID have the opportunity to talk about it, I was taught to not talk directly to it or about it, kind of like it would bite or something …. think; hoo-ha, nuney, coochie among many more that I’ve heard.</p> <p class="">But, here’s the thing, because we’ve been taught since such a young age to be ashamed of this spot in our body, then how the heck are we suppose to create a healthy relationship with our WHOLE selves. This spot in our body is quite literally our power source, our connection to creation, what makes us, US and where we operate from.</p> <p class="">In this episode, WE. GO. THERE. We talk about the energy of our pussy, the importance of our connection to ourselves through this power center and how to begin to create the healthiest relationship you’ve ever had with yourself, “down there”.</p> <p class="">The secret that nobody told us is that when we have a steady stream of energy flowing to this place, we’re happier, more confident, we're embodying our power, just to name a few; and my absolute fav is when this special spot is open for business, MONEY FLOWS TOO.</p> <p class="">I also share a special reading from one of my newest go-to books for female empowerment, Pussy A Reclamation.
