I have worked in the health and fittness industry for almost 30 years in different roles, and previously with the Canterbury District Health Board supporting Bariatric patients with activity and wellness programmes. All aspects of my professional experience to date cover the different areas of health and fitness, including exercise prescription, programming, education, mentoring, rehabilitation, nutrition, special populations and behaviour medication. I am presenting at the 2019 Fitex Conference for Health and Fitness Professionals - The topic is 'Training the bigger client - Health and Fitness at any size'.
