New Yorkers to decide in November if they want clean air and water

Feb. 18, 2021 - This November, New Yorkers will vote an amendment to the state constitution which would establish a right to clean air, water, and a healthful environment. Kate Kurera, Deputy Director of Environmental Advocates NY, explained how the amendment works.
