Mon/Tue WINTER STORM WATCH 2” to 5” Snow; Cooler Wed/Thu; Warmer & Dry Fri to Ground Hog Day

<p>WINTER STORM WATCH THIS EVENING THROUGH TOMORROW Today upper-level ridge flattens and cold front moves through this afternoon with increasing clouds and north winds.  Snow showers are likely overnight and on Tuesday as pieces of energy move through the upper-level trough and low-pressure system, with 2” to 5” accumulation.  Wednesday skies clear and remain on cooler side in the 40’s.  A reinforcing shot of cold air for Thursday with a quick moving upper-level trough may squeeze out some snow flurries Wednesday night, but daytime sunshine with put highs in upper 30’s.  Large upper-level ridge out west starts working toward the Rockies Friday with warming temperatures back to 50 heading into the weekend.    </p>
