Life of Faith - Genesis 14 - Prog 07

<p>In this study, in Genesis 14, we will be looking at the courage of faith. </p><p> Here Abram is exhibited as one who by faith demonstrates the courage of faith. </p><p> In verse 13, Abram is here first called an Hebrew. </p><p> Abram was informed that Lot and his family had been taken captive from Sodom to the city of Dan in the north. </p><p> Abram is exhibited as a warrior. Abram, by faith, garnered his home trained men, 318 in number, and went to rescue his nephew Lot. </p><p> Dr. Mitchell then takes us to the N.T., 1John 5:4-5 which says in part, “..this is the victory that has overcome the world, our faith. Who is the overcomer?
