Dr. Aram Daniel Kerkonian is a Policy Advisor in the Aerospace, Defence and Marine Branch of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada where he offers insights, analysis and advice on domestic and international files related to space law and policy.</p> <p>Dr. Kerkonian is the founder and former Chief Legal Consultant of Ardaker Space Consultants, a firm dedicated to providing private, public and not-for-profit clients with legal and policy insights pertaining to outer space.</p> <p>An alumnus of Queen's University (BA), the University of Windsor (JD) and McGill University (LLM), a former student of Harvard University and the International Peace and Security Institute, and a recent graduate of the Institute of Air and Space Law at McGill University (DCL), Dr. Kerkonian's independent research focuses on Canadian space law and policy, global governance and the sustainable development of outer space.</p> <p>In this episode Dr. Kerkonian discusses his law school journey, his unique background as a space consultant and shares advice to current and future law students!</p>
