Council approved the concept of the city creating a child/day care center with before and after programs until it becomes a viable business. City clerk to be liaison on launch committee. ... Council approved purchase of a $10K concrete breaking attachment for tractor. Unneeded electrical transformers could be sold to fund the purchase. ...
