FRIDAY, DEC. 17 | Man dies after being shot multiple times in vehicle; Catalytic converter thefts on the rise in Texas

<p>A man is dead after he was shot multiple times in his vehicle. Police believe he drove a short distance after the shooting, but then crashed his car. </p> <p>And one Texas police department is warning people about catalytic converter thefts. One shop says they are seeing two to three thefts per day.
