<p>This is episode 55 of The Betar Project with special guest Tiarna Jade.  </p><p>Trigger Warning* this episode we talk about Domestic Violence and the mental/physical effects it has on people.  </p><p>Super grateful to have Tiarna on as I know it would take a lot of courage to talk about what happened to her. The sad reality is that 2.2  Million Australians have experienced physical and/or sexual violence from a partner and 3.6 Million have experienced emotional abuse. There needs to be a stop to this and more education around this topic.   </p><p>If you are in a Domestic Violence Relationship you are not alone, you can leave and you need to find the courage to leave before it&apos;s too late.
