LaSaun Dozier is a woman who has learned to live out her passions. Through her own journey of disappointments, heartbreaks, challenges and victories, she is confident that what she can rely on is the truth that the Father is alive in her. Today, she thrives, lives from this place of truth, and recovers from every challenge with increased clarity and passion. LaSaun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Divinity; a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, completed some studies toward a PhD in Human Services, has completed her residency, and is now preparing to sit for licensure exam as a Licensed Professional Counselor. For over 15 years she has worked in the Human Services field trying to bring hope and wellness to those suffering with mental illness, trauma history, domestic violence, and substance abuse issues. LaSaun believes one of the most powerful tools we have in life is our voice. When we are silenced and not allowed the opportunity to express ourselves it can result in depression and anxiety. When individuals are in an empathetic atmosphere and feel honored, there is room for true healing to take place.
