<p>Our next guest is a Nutrition Coach and a huge advocate of the ketogenic lifestyle, when he moved to Canada from Jamaica, before keto, &nbsp;he found himself unmotivated and with that came increased consumption of carbs, Which led him to a pre-diabetic phase.</p> <p>When he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, he immediately took his nutrition seriously and was trying every healthy option there is until 2019 when he found keto.
