Episode 12: Painful Recruiter Stories & Reasons for Rejection

<p>Inspired by Diversity Day this week, I recorded this Epsiode, but it has taken me some days to decide wether or not I want to release it.</p> <p>But: It is part of my experience as a former recruiter and I felt that it needed to get out of my head.</p> <p><br></p> <p>So today I am telling you stories.</p> <p>Stories about the saddest and most painful experiences of my recruiting years.</p> <p>Stories about outright discrimination and reasons for rejection that you will never know about.</p> <p>Stories of times when I felt lost and helpless.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Discrimination and bias are still part of recruiting processes in some German companies - and it does not help to ignore it and keep quiet about it.
