Courage, on the other hand, is the surest way of growth, healing, and wellness. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fear is an incredibly powerful emotion that is learned. We are not born with fear and, if we allow it, it becomes a comfortable and predictable pattern of our days.
