Changing Times Ag Wx; Windy, Cooler Progressive Wx Pattern Continues for April & May; But Rain is Hit & Miss & Drought Conditions Continue Too

<p>HIGH WIND WARNING TODAY AND WATCH FOR TOMORROW Today the deep cut-off upper-level low slowly works eastward through Minnesota and Great Lakes region with gusty north winds and colder air over the local area on the backside. Temps today will be around 50-degrees, while winds gust 60+ mph and low RH will result in red flag warnings and elevated fire danger concerns.  Tomorrow, we will continue to have the high wind, elevated fire conditions and cooler temps in the lower mid-50’s. Friday will be a transition day with a high-pressure ridge developing over the Rockies that will keep things dry with elevated fire concerns with low RH’s and breezy northwest winds, highs reach into low 60’s.  Saturday the upper-level ridge moves over the area with a trough deepening out west resulting in breezy southwest winds and temps warming into the 70’s. Sunday cools a bit as trough out west begins to flatten the ridge sitting over the area. </p>
