CAF Confederation Cup: Rivers United to play home matches in Uyo

<p>Rivers United will play their CAF Confederation Cup home games at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, DAILY POST reports.</p>, <p>The Port Harcourt club hosted Etoile Filante of Burkina Faso at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt, in the second round.</p>, <p>The Confederation of African Football released the list of approved venues for the group stage on Tuesday.</p>, <p>CAF replaced the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium with Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.</p>, <p>Rivers United are in Group C with Club Africain of Tunisia, Ghana’s Dream FC and APC Lobito of Angola.</p>, <p>Stanley Eguma’s side made it to the quarter-final stage of the competition last season.</p>, <p>The Pride of Rivers were eliminated by Young Africans of Tanzania.</p>
