Anti-Afrikaner "letter" brought to you by the South African government

It turns out the so-called "not in our name" letter that was signed by a group of Afrikaner academics and journalists, in which they distance themselves from what they describe as the "narrative" that Afrikaners are being targeted by the South African government, was in fact initiated by a woman working for the Department of International Relations and Cooperation in the South African government.
