<p>This is the Second Annual University of Minnesota Juneteenth Celebration block<br>party and commemorative march on Saturday, June 17, at the University’s<br>Robert J. Jones Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center at 2001<br>Plymouth Ave. N., in North Minneapolis<br>The event will take place from noon to 6 pm. <br> It's free and open to everyone and is family-friendly <br> The theme of the U of M Juneteenth Celebration is The Art of Freedom: Joy. Resistance.
