367: Freya Cox - Blazing a trail in vegan baking

<div>Whichever way you look at it, Freya Cox is a trailblazer.<br> <br> In 2021 she was the first vegan baker to appear on the popular TV cooking show The Great British Bake Off.<br> <br> She took part in the gruelling filming schedule whilst studying for a degree in psychology and since the show, she has built a huge online profile.<br> <br> Freya is no shrinking violet.
