<p>In this episode, Kathy Enros, VP of People at Klue, shares her views on trust and work-life balance. With remote work on the rise, work-life balance has become increasingly difficult to achieve. Klue focuses on a transparent culture where employees can openly "check out" of the office regardless the hour. By building a strong culture of trust, the company was able to innovate and become one of the fastest-growing companies in BC.
