She was inspired to revive the tradition and give the modern home cook access to deliciously crafted, responsible seafood by elevating the honored practice of seafood canning.</p> <p><br></p> <p>She spent six years working and perfecting the recipes as a passion project while searching for purveyors committed to responsible seafood sourcing.
