Yota is a Leadership Coach with a specialisation in building high-performing teams and developing emerging tech leaders by applying Positive Psychology and Strengths-Based Coaching. Combined with 13+ years of leadership experience holding a variety of senior roles within high-profile companies, such as Amazon and Yahoo she has a deep understanding of the tech industry and a passion for new technologies.  She is the founder and CEO of the non-profit organisation Women in Tech Club, a community that aims to encourage diversity in the sector and empower women to succeed in the business world by creating a space where men and women can come together, exchange knowledge, empower and support each other. She is also a visiting lecturer at University College London (UCL) where she talks about Humanistic Leadership and Management.</p>
