104. Personal + Family Integration: Bringing Your Family To A Retreat (Joshua Tree Weekend Retreat Recap)

<p>Last weekend I headed out to Joshua Tree for an incredible retreat by my good friend Danielle (<a href= "https://www.instagram.com/themoonmedicine/" target="_blank" rel= "noopener">@themoonmedicine</a>). It was supposed to be a getaway for me to have some space to work on spiritual practices; however, I accidentally (yes, accidentally) invited my family to come along and tag along to the trip.
