The Great Adventure: Kayaking the Pacific Northwest Wilderness

Well, I thought for sure this was it. I was going to die. Almost out of water in the middle of the wilderness. Rabbit food for sustenance which is all my vegan sister had packed. No trail map. Not certain we were even ON a trail. No cell phone service. No first aid kit and all three of us were bleeding from at least one wound. A minimum of an hour trek back through a JUNGLE to get to our kayaks. And then of course the kayak trip back to the primitive campground on a deserted island. My blood sugar level was in the basement. I felt like i was about to keel over. I was a goner. Why had I let my sister convince me this would be FUN?Believe it or not, this is a VERY funny and true story of kayaking on an island-hopping trip in the wilderness of the Olympic Peninsula.
