Police say she was shopping when a man came up and tried to steal her car. That man was arrested. </p> <p>In other news, Republicans <a href='https://www.kens5.com/article/news/politics/house-district-118-election-day-result-san-antonio-texas-politics-gov/273-5df87ebf-b9b4-42ad-9cad-7fc553f33794'>flipped a Texas House seat</a> in a special election and the Braves <a href='https://www.kens5.com/article/sports/mlb/astros/world-series-returns-to-houston-for-another-do-or-die-game-for-the-astros/285-6052df1a-3850-4f17-bbe9-0ea608305b04'>defeated the Astros</a> to win the World Series.</p>
