<p>Listen to Kajal who shares how a GP and a managing partner of a practice had to adapt significantly when the UK went into lock down, whilst ensuring the safety and welfare of their patients, along with the practice staff. Some of the key measures were put in place, especially the phone system, where Kajal and her team had to do numerous diagnosis without seeing the patient face to face, very challenging. However the phone system is now something that will continue going forward, which has become a positive for those who find it difficult to take time of work for an initial GP appointment.  Kajal in all of this had to manage a family, along with childcare and the challenges that brings within the health service. </p>
