Alee ibn Abu Talib (ra) session 130 Alee's (ra) exhortations about the Mercy of Allah سبحانه وتعالىٰ. Alee (ra) whilst at Siffeen says, verily intelligence rests in the heart, mercy in the liver, tenderness in the spleen and the breath in the lungs.
