MTS Worker Strike Continues, Major League Soccer Awards Expansion Team to San Diego, Man Suspected of Vandalizing Dozens of Cars Arrested

<p>San Diego Metropolitan Transit System bus riders were being asked to plan ahead as dozens of bus operators remained on strike Friday. </p><p>San Diego will become the home of Major League Soccer’s newest team.
