Kiara's story - Saying goodbye to diet culture and recovery from Binge Eating Disorder

<p>While Kiara&#39;s story begins with childhood taunts and self-consciousness about her body, it was being diagnosed with gastroparesis (stomach muscle paralysis) that kicked off a downward spiral into fad dieting and eventually, Binge Eating Disorder.
