Kenya approves police deployment mission in Haiti

<p>In tonight's edition: Kenyan lawmakers try to side step court orders delaying plans for a police deployment to Haiti. More than 100 people, including 16 children, have died and over 700,000 forced out of their homes because of flash flooding in the Horn of Africa.  Africa Tech Festival,  the continent’s biggest technology trade show, has wrapped up. Thirteen thousand participants descended on Cape Town. </p>
