Joe Barr is aiming to beat the Guinness World Record for the furthest distance cycled in 7 days

Ultra-cyclist Joe will cycle from Malin Head, Donegal to Mizen Head Cork seven times in aid the Cancer Fund for Children. His journey will take him through North Tipperary. He joined Fran on the show today.
