'Job of Songs' Documentary Brings Doolin Music Scene To Life

On Thursday's Morning Focus Alan was joined by Lila Schmitz and Anika Kan Grevstad who have arrived from America to talk about their upcoming documentary 'Job of Songs'- a labor of love that explores the power of music and the heart of community, specifically that of Doolin. Lila, the Director and Anika, the Producer and Director of Photography talk to Alan about how the idea came about to make the documentary, the process involved, Irish heritage and much more. The International Premiere takes place at Galway Film Fleadh 2022 on Friday July 8th at 7pm and a bonus screening will be held at Hotel Doolin on July 13th at 8pm.
