Growing anti-social behaviour with drinking and drug use has Clonmel residents living in fear

Although residents have sought help from the Council in the form of security gates, a dispute over the ownership of the lane has proven divisive. The Council say the lane involved is a public road, but residents claim they have proof that it is on private property. Our own Alison Hyland went to speak to one of the residents involved, Mary, and began by asking her when the problem first started.
