The Spirit of God and the Son of God praying for us. That is, we who know Jesus Christ as our savior, have two advocates, one in heaven and one on earth each helping us in our weaknesses. The weakness spoken of here has to do with praying as we should. Both Jesus in heaven and the Holy Spirit on earth are interceding for the believer in Christ through our most difficult times.
