People ask all the time. "Don, how do you take a 120 acre property and over 30 years, turn it into a place where 200" bucks can live? Clearly, you are doing something different!" Don explains what he is doing different even though some just do not believe it. That is ok! You don't have to agree with us - we can still be friends! haha
