<p><strong>🙌In today's episode, Megan Lane shares the Right at Home experience that makes us different from others.</strong></p> <p>Hi! My name is Megan and I work for Right at Home here in Rhome, TX.We are a locally owned and family operated business that is licensed, bonded, and insured. All of our caregivers are W2 employees, which means we are 100% responsible for them. Due to our screening process and ongoing training programs we have been recognized as one of the Top Home Care Agencies for the 3rd year in a row earning us the CARING STAR of 2021 for Senior Care Service Excellence. Today I would like to share with you some of the services that we offer and ways that we are able to provide additional assistance for our seniors and disabled adults.</p> <p>Right at Home of Rhome offers non-skilled or non-medical caregiving services which means we do not have nurses on staff and we do not administer medications. However, we can pick up prescriptions for our clients and help them with med reminders.</p> <p>We have an hourly rate with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and are available up to 24 hours, seven days a week. Our scheduling is flexible and allows you to make changes as needed or cancel any time without penalty. There may be resources available to you to help cover the cost which we can discuss further during our initial conversation.</p> <p>Our caregivers make great companions by socializing, taking walks, playing games or engaging in hobbies that interest our clients. If you need someone to just sit with and/or monitor a client, we can provide safety supervision as well. A patient-specific Care Plan is created for each client to fit their needs.
