This can be difficult to do because at the end of the day, we’re all human. This kind of thinking can lead us to spiral out of control and let emotions take us down. What can I take away from this experience?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">By focusing on what happened instead of why, you can head off some of those hard emotions that might send you into a harmful tailspin.
