<p>Manasseh is a military brat, airman, brother, son, and friend. Manasseh and I met in middle school and have been family ever since. Manasseh joined the Air Force and he has enjoyed every minute of it. But before that Manasseh was lost and during that time he struggled with mental health. Today we dive deeper into that and how to spot the signs of someone who is struggling mentally.
