Drama in South Dakota: Gov Noem kicks up some dust ..and investigations

<p>For a little midwestern state, Governor Noem has really been kicking up a lot of drama.. first, there's the investigation by the South Dakota AG into how Governor Noem handled her daughter's rebuff by the state when she was trying to get her real estate appraiser's license.. and the payoff of $200,000 to the state employee who ran the department for 40 years. Then we have all the drama around the Governor getting this high falutin' King Air 350 -better than anything any other midwestern state has- and she flies it all over the place in violation of state law the AG contends.. let's deconstruct what's going on here and why this matters. #kristinoem</p>
