Conversation with Dean Herbst Asst. Emergency Mgmnt Director of Humble ISD

<p>Dean Herbst is the newly appointed Assistant Emergency Management Director for Humble ISD. &nbsp;Dean will share his experience of transfering from &nbsp;a campus administrator to the district emergency management position. &nbsp;Dean came into the position just as the COVID pandemic was changing our education landscape. &nbsp;He will share his experiences as he focused on keeping school safety a priority as they transitioned to virtual learning. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In our conversation Dean shares his plans to of continuing the process of taking proactive action to build trusting student relationships and integrating social emotional components into the districts safety protocols.</p>
