Cold, Windy & Rainy Today; Snow Rain Mix Tonight; Windy & Colder Tomorrow; Warmer & Dry the Rest of the Week & Next Weekend

<p>A closed low has moved out of southern CO to TX/NM border overnight and has trailed a cold front across the Tri-state area.  A cold rain will develop over the area today with temps in the upper 30’s and low 40’s then mixes with and change to snow this evening and overnight as the system moves northeast across Kansas.  Behind the system tomorrow it will be mostly cloudy, windy, and colder with precipitation moving off to east by daybreak, high temps in the lower 40’s and lows mid-20’s.  The rest of the week the region will be under northwesterly flow as high-pressure ridge rebuilds over the Rockies.  This will lead to seasonal daytime temps in the 50’s and 60’s and at night in the upper 20’s to lower to mid-30’s.   </p>
