<p>Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has defended Kepa Arrizabalaga after the goalkeeper’s display in his side’s Champions League 3-2 win over Napoli on Tuesday.</p>, <p>Arrizabalaga joined Real Madrid on loan from Chelsea this summer to deputize for the injured Thibaut Courtois.</p>, <p>The Spaniard expectedly started his team’s Champions League group-stage clash against Napoli.</p>, <p>His positioning was brought under the scanner in the 19th minute of the encounter after he failed to deal with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s corner kick.</p>, <p>Arrizabalaga came to punch it out but ended up completely missing it, leading to Leo Skiri Ostigard’s opening goal.</p>, <p>Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde did score for Ancelotti’s side during the game.</p>, <p>Speaking on Arrizabalaga’s display, Ancelotti said (h/t MadridXtra on X): “Sometimes Kepa struggles with crosses because he is not very tall, but nobody is perfect.</p>, <p>“Not even me and I’m very handsome (laughs).”</p>
