<p>While I was in Irpinia, Campania (southern Italy) earlier this year, I got to spend an afternoon and dinner with Antonio Capaldo, Chairman and mastermind behind <a href="https://www.feudi.it">Feudi di San Gregorio</a>, the largest and one of the highest quality producers in the region.
