Amanda recognized a need for a centralized technology resource center, so she formed Lagniappe (LAN-Yap) Law Lab to serve Louisiana's civil justice system. Her organization, she is the founder and Executive Director, provides direct technology consulting and project management services to legal service providers and justice community members across the state. Through the use of technology, design thinking, and operations principles, Lagniappe Law Lab aims to put people at the center of the legal process, bringing a more streamlined legal service experience to Louisiana’s underprivileged populations.
