A new voice protects rights of Ohio kids in care

<p>(PUBLIC NEWS SERVICE) - A new Foster Youth Bill of Rights is providing a guide map for kids in care and foster families to help navigate challenges and concerns about the needs of foster youths. The Ohio Foster Youth Ombudsman is a new resource to help reduce conflicts and investigate possible rights violations.
