68. Sophie Coleman - Marketing Director at 437 Swimwear (Previously Sage Wellness, Aritzia)

<p>I am joined by the wonderful Sophie Coleman.&nbsp;</p> <p>Sophie is the marketing director at 437 - a women's swim and apparel company founded in Toronto. 437 is founded by two female co-founders, &nbsp;Hyla and Adrien They launched 437 after a summer of travelling across the Amalfi Coast and indulging in everything their hearts desired. The one issue they faced: finding swimwear that could keep up with their craving for adventure and carbs. The two set out to design a bikini that would accentuate their waist, elongate their legs and never stop them from grabbing that second serving of spaghetti bolognese. They launched the brand in the summer of 2017 out of the townhouse they lived in during their last year of university and the company has now grown to a multi-million dollar business. PLUS all it's an all-female team from the ages of 20-26 years old!</p> <p>Some of her previous roles include working at Saje Natural Wellness and Aritzia, and she has worked on campaigns with people like Kendall Jenner, Megan thee Stallion, and Kaitlyn Bristowe.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this episode, we chat about her childhood and her super cool and talented family, graduating from school and feeling lost, changing roles and working at several really large companies and what her day to day looks like as a marketing director for a small team.
