2301: $96 mil appeal of UN Humanitarian partners in South Sudan

<div>United Nations and humanitarian partners in South Sudan are appealing for additional USD96 million to assist people fleeing the conflict in Sudan. <br> The appeal has been amplified by South Sudan NGO Forum believing that more means are necessary to support returnees and refugees. <br> The UN in the country launch the emergency response plan - Peter Van der Auweraert, the IOM country director in South Sudan, is also serving the UN interim Humanitarian Coordinator.<br> <br> </div>
