23.24: Matthew 17: Oh, Ye of Little Faith - How to Grow Your Faith

<p>Jesus, throughout His ministry, showed us that &nbsp;we need faith. Yet, several times He admonishes the disciples for having &nbsp;too little faith. <a href="https://giselleaguiar.com/2021/03/21/matthew-14-jesus-the-god-of-miracles-provider-savior-king/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">The most prominent one being when Peter wanted to walk on water like Jesus</a>. &nbsp;He was doing it until the storm wiped his faith away and he lost his &nbsp;focus on Jesus and started sinking. That’s exactly what happens to us. &nbsp;Life gets between us and Jesus. Life does that.</p> <p>In this chapter we see God’s Glory, and later Jesus again criticizes the disciples for having too little faith. Be Baptized. Receive the Holy Spirit.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pray this prayer humbly and wholeheartedly…</p> <p>“Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins. Please forgive me. Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and my life to you. I confess You as my personal Lord and Savior. I surrender my whole life to you and I will follow you for the rest of my life. Thank You, Jesus, for saving me. In Jesus' name, Amen.”</p> <p>Jesus is coming back soon!
