<p>In this short episode, I talk about how love is given, not earned. As perfectionists, we want to be liked by everyone, but that isn't possible. We have to put our mental health first, and realize that we are not in control of who likes us or loves us. While we like to control as much as we can in our lives, who loves us isn't one of them.
