181. Doug Broderick serves humanity by getting food and aid to the places in the world that suffer from genocide, poverty and corruption.

<p>As the world punches us in the face every day of the corruption and destruction of humanity, Doug Broderick goes to those places to help and feed those in need. This podcast takes us to Rwanda, the refugees camps on the Thai Cambodia border and the meeting of Slobodan Milosevic, the man who was accused of 66 counts of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo between 1991 and 1999. These crimes affected hundreds of thousands of victims throughout the former Yugoslavia.</p> <p>Doug Broderick also has insightful stories of meeting and working with Mother Theresa and working 9 years for Catholic Relief Services in the Middle East, Asia, and Baltimore; and served the United Nations for 25 years in Africa, Europe, Central Asia, and Asia. He also headed the United Nations in Cambodia and Indonesia.</p> <p>Doug is an international development consultant. He is currently working on books about UN reform and lessons from UN work.</p>
